Reservations are possible by phone, through the official website or online platforms.
There is no booking fee.
The accommodation is carried out according to the applications and the direct settlement. The guaranteed reservation is valid until 18:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation or correction of the application — no later than one day before arrival.
The hotel's operating hours are around the clock. Check—out time is 12:00, standard check—in time is 14:00.
2. Documents for placement
Citizens of Uzbekistan: passport, birth certificate for children under 16, marriage certificate for people of different sexes living together.
Foreign citizens: national passport and documents confirming the legality of their stay (visa, residence permit, temporary residence permit).
3. Accommodation and services
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00.
The cost of accommodation depends on the room type, selected dates and length of stay. Additional services are paid at the approved prices.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability.
Guests are allowed only with the consent of the resident and in the presence of an identity document.
Guests can visit the room from 10:00 to 21:00; after that, they must either leave the hotel or pay for their stay.
Guests of the opposite sex without a marriage certificate are not allowed in the room.
Free additional services: luggage storage, first-aid kit, mail delivery, alarm clock, boiling water, needles and thread, one set of dishes.
Compliance with fire safety regulations is mandatory.
Upon check-out, you must make a full payment and hand over the key to the administrator, leaving the room in order.
4. Prohibited
Make noise and interfere with the rest of other guests.
To show aggression or threaten safety and property.
Stay with animals on the territory.
Smoking outside designated areas.
Use electric heaters that are not included in the standard number.
Violate the norms of public behavior or cause damage to property.
To accommodate guests after 21:00 without registration and payment.
Transfer keys to unauthorized persons.
Obstruct the work of staff and security services.
To move or visit another room without the permission of the administration.
Rearrange furniture without the permission of the administration.
